I tried the registry and didn't find anything, I know it Sold on Sep 24, 2006 Heritage and the CGC Cert is #0745076002

It's been a couple years since I've bumped this post still looking for the owner of this book so I can reunite it with this cert.
Or does anyone know of another site to search?

The certificate below is lost and looking for it's books owner.

That's great info small world! I think that I got it when I bought some EC's maybe around 2008 or 2009 or ?? and it was accidentally included between some backer boards and I didn't notice it for some time and like you don't remember who I bought the EC's from.
