    I'm having the same issue.  I am using Google Chrome (Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and also tried it in MS Edge (Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0).  When I select "Comic" as the Media Type, it then lights up the "Show Drop Off" option, but "Mail-in To Headquarters" stays greyed out.  Below is the Edge screenshot, but it's the same for Chrome. Please help?
