    One obvious target that you've mentioned before is film budgets. If $750-850M is the new norm for the MCU, they can't justify spending $250M on production and another $150M on advertising.

    Domestic BO is fine; can it do 2.7x opening weekend like Batman ($500M) or will it peform like DS:MOM (2.2x) = $400M? Int'l is not great; won't be like Thor:L&T or DS: MOM which did 20-30% greater internationally. No chance this gets to $1BB. North of $900M off this opening might be a moral victory.

    well, the $28M preview night isn't great and the repeat biz won't be there so if it doesn't take advantage of literally nothing opening for the next 4 weeks then there's no shot it's getting to $1B. FWIW, BA has already passed Shazam domestic and Int'l if you back out China.

    nearly pointless exercise, guess the BO: Int'l- last one did $525M ex China/Russia- ticket prices up big but less buzz = $500M; US, no way it matches original, huge opening and the month of clear sailing until Avatar helps = $550M
