Small bindery tear top of spine. There's some light bends on the open edge back cover due to the overhang - which seems that a press could clean those up. These gothic horror Woman-in-white books are hard to price. Tough book in grade.

If books are being sent to auction, and he wants to post them to his website for history sake, he should mark it Sale Pending/Sold and remove the price.
