Just now, joeypost said:
It can happen during storage. How are you storing them? Standing up in the box with books facing front to back?
Yes, they're standing up front to back. I just recently learned about the alternating method and will likely switch to that.

I've been collecting for years and just started worrying about 'stacking crease' or 'spine rolls' whatever you'd like to call them. Can these form from normal sitting in comic boxes? I've looked through my old boxes and some books have them that I don't remember (who knows: I may have bought them that way.) I just wanted to check in with others and maybe some way I can prevent it for the future.

I picked up my copy of ASM #800 and i realized once i put in in a bag and board there was a small curve in the book leaving a hollow space. I'm sure it's just because it is a monster of a book, but wasn;t sure if anyone else's is like this.

I just recently received this book, and as I am new to cgc's books I am not exactly sure what to think. There are splotchy marks on the inside of the case. I have read these may be just the plastics together, but I am worried about moisture maybe being in it. And there is also a creaking sound if you apply a little pressure to the case on the left side. I just need some reassurance.
