Printing error?

Bought this avengers 4 from a friend and knew it had this kind of error inside the book. He has sources that believe that a printing error by the blade cause certain pulls/tears from pages being stuck together on the interior pages. After looking at a previous form it looks very similar along those lines. What do you guys think?
