Looks like the spine is the only problem, any chance you might have the Tec 35 restored?

I only grade expensive books mainly because afraid of them getting damaged.  Plus I love the CGC cases.

Collectors are hoading several copies of this book, probably a good thing for the patient buyer.

Every time I use Click n Ship the Flat rate price is always the most expensive and Region Box A the cheapest.  Maybe everyone else is using Paypal to print labels which only gives 

Priority flat rate options.  

Going forward, we could easily see a dump of many copies on the open market which would send prices lower.  I'm sure it would be temporary but still not a good feeling.  

Over 10k graded with 600 restored.  imo it will see ups and downs over time.  

FYI:  When shipping raw comics priority mail, the regional box A boxes are the cheapest option.

Funny,  never liked banged up books but the bang for the money is now a good feeling.
