Even though I received no final confirmation that it was processed, I checked my submissions and it did go through. I could print the packing slip and mailing label.

I tried just now. The website again failed to load the credit card form twice. On the third time, it allowed me to enter the card info. But if spins forever after I submit the information.

I've tried many times tonight to submit comics for grading online. It would either spin forever on after clicking review cart or it would not load in the credit card form correctly. I tried many times. Finally it accepted my credit card and then it said my inbound shipment details were in error. Click on the link to go there, forever spinning.

I would like to submit to use my $150 credit but now I'm wondering if all this is worth the hassle.

I have a beat up low grade Amazing Spider-Man 39 here. Not sure of the current grade range, FR to GD?

It is a very key issue in Spider-Man history, one of my favorites, wondering what restoration can do for this comic?

Cleaning / pressing I am sure could improve the cover, but the biggest problem is the little chunk missing from the lower right corner, throughout all the pages and back cover. The letters page also has a tear.

I have never done a restoration before and not sure if it can help with this damage, looking for advice here. If it can help, I should have cleaning / pressing and what else done to it?
