    Looking at sales in GPA the market has softened.  I don't know what the grade is or what you value it at but in general, if the market on something changes negatively and a seller doesn't recognize the change in value he'll have a tough time selling it.  I've also noticed that it's a lot easier to accept the market value of an item increasing than decreasing lol
