Hello, it was bound to eventually happen, but I just received a shipment of four magazines and all are broken, some are completely destroyed (pieces of broken plastic/ability to open slab if I wanted to). What's the return process like? Will it effect the grade when they're fixed? I've never had an issue before so I know this is an outlier, but I've waited to get these back since November and am a little bummed.  Thanks for any info you can provide.

Hello, I tried to submit some books yesterday for Ferrigno, but was unable to. His name is not in the drop-down box. Is this a glitch or has he not been added yet? Thanks!

I think it's broken right now. I'm also trying to submit some book for the Ferrigno signing and his name isn't part of the drop-down names.

Anyone have an update on the Mark Brooks event? Books were to be submitted by 11/2/20. That's almost two months ago and I haven't seen any updates on if he's actually signed anything yet. My submission tracker hasn't changed at all. Thanks for any info!

Hello, I see that Mark Bagley's event has ended, however, my shipment is still marked as 'Received'. I've sent a message to CGC, asking for an update, and haven't heard anything.  Anyone know what's going on? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm hoping the Submission Tracker is just lagging behind and that nothing happened to my books.  Thanks!

Wow, glad it's not just me!  I have a lot that showed up on Friday....only to be gone on Saturday and still not appearing.

Hello, I was checking my submissions this morning and instead saw a message saying that there are none.  This is incorrect.  I have a lot of submissions in to CGC and they were showing up last night.  Just curios, is anyone else having this issue?  I'm sure it's just a website issue, but just wanted to verify that it's not just happening to me.  Thanks!

Hello everyone, I submitted a few books for the Crain signing.  They arrived at CGC on 4/15/20. However, they're still not logged into the CGC system. Is there a lag for in-house signings?  Only asking because CGC is normally very quick in marking 'received', but this time it's been a couple of days.  Just want to make sure they got to where they needed to go.  Also, this is my first signing event, so I'm not sure if anything is different.  Thanks for taking the time.
