Please Google "ComicsGate" and make your own decision, I don't want this thread to turn into a debate, I just want the community's opinion on the question asked.

Firstly, I've never physically held one, so I don't know if GCG would even Slab it due to thickness, cover material, etc. Regardless, whichever side of the Comics debate you're on we can all agree at least that we're in the middle of a cultural moment. All that being said, does the community think it may be worth the time and effort to maybe look into getting a few of these Kickstarter/IndieGoGo books slabbed if for nothing else historical / cultural purposes?

Looks like the Ross Variant of Mighty Captain Marvel #1 may be on the rise. Currently listed between $425-$650 on Ebay.

So I've got a really nice copy, I never really liked the cover or Silk lol. If you were me, and flipped comics you dont care for for fun and and beer money, would you flip it now raw, or slab it and flip it when it returns given the standard non rushed turn around time frame?

I ordered 6 frames on the 16th of May, called and got the same answer as Donovanham, went to go see if the status of my order has changed and their website is no longer active.... disturbing.

Honestly, You think so? I was thinking about grabbing a few just in case. one guy is selling them for 5 bucks a pop. Besides I like covers. Our motto is collect what you like after all.

Batman 50 is all over the place with Variants right now. No clue whats going to happen, some are going for $30 out the gate. I think that Jim Lee Cover is beautiful.
