I want to sell my 7.0 WP copy but haven’t been able to get myself to do it.... I was offered $3,600 cash a few days ago and that offer is still on the table. Been seriously thinking about it. I’m open for opinions. I bought it last year for $1,500.

I think youll be waiting a long time before FF5 hits the theaters. But when it does, yes, the comic may take a small hit. Unlike most of the other villains in the MCU Doom has staying power, so I wouldnt expect it to come down as drastic as some.
Hopefully it never drops below at least current prices, although I love the book and would perfer to keep it. I've been thinking about this books with villans recently though, considered selling some off as most drop after they die.
Alot of huge Doom fans out there though.

What do you guys think about FF5 and ASM 14? Think those will take a hit after the movies?

I still wonder what my 7.0 white pages in a old case (wasn’t pressed Nether) would fetch.

Yes but none of those were white pages.

Looks like my advice was spot on in January. I hope no one still thnks Hulk #181s are going back down,
Think of Action 1, Detective 27 and AF 15.
Hulk #181 is a bonafide blue chip.
I think FF1 has more upside than 1818 personally.
-
This is why I still think it’s the most overpriced book. You see for yourself how many people have multiple copies. So many of these 181’s out there. But hey, I own my copy so keep on rising.

I agree 100%. I’m just riding this wave to see where it slows to sell. I love this book but I would make enough money off it to buy an early Silver age at this point.
-
Sucks that I missed out on buying this book. I don't think I can even afford a 1.8 anymore unless I got rid of my FF5 and Hulk 181 for it.
-
We all love 181 but no way anyone can argue that this book isn’t everywhere in every grade. Personally I think it’s one of the most overpriced books out their with how many copies there are. Now being overpriced is good for us that bought when it was cheaper.

Doesn't matter
I think it matters. Doom is still a big time character. The book in the same grade will always be worth more and that’s with no proper movies. Again, being an early SA and harder to find of a major character is key.
We can agree to disagree though, no one really know, just opinions.

Just remember...Dr. Doom isn't Wolverine.
No but FF5 is an early Silver Age books with a lot less copies out. Hulk 181 is literally everywhere.

True but I will be mad if I sold it now and 2 months from now some people start paying over 4K for it.

This has been driving me crazy for the past few weeks. I told myself, as soon as I buy my Fantastic Four 5 (got a 4.0 OW to W) I would sell my Hulk 181 7.0 Whitepages and centered.
Now I haven’t been able to get myself to sell it because of how crazy it’s gotten.
Incredible Hulk #181 - is it *that* red-hot?

I raffled my 7.0 WP copy the other day. In the end, $4420 for something I paid $1500 for last November. To many copies of this book out their it’s kinda gotten sickening to me.
