  1. Just another lovely collection, Greggy. Our Fighting Forces between #123 and #161 are one of the Bronze Age's great treasures.... and ignored by so many collectors.

Are your SSWS and Weird War runs just as complete in grade? I've sort of collected mine in a bit of a vacuum over the years - are there many other guys out there with complete bronze age runs in grade? I'm about 20 or 30 upgrades away.

    Nice books once again,

    Shep

I am going after SSWS #151-204 I need to upgrade roughly 10 to my 9.0 Minimum.I have been buying alot of the don rosa SSWS books but unfortunatly i missed the #157...Sgt rock X-Over book... i also need a #151 in 9.0 or better...Greggy you got either 151 or 157 9.0 or better spare by any chance?? Now that i am mostly done with SSWS i am moving on to Sgt Rock #302 on....as well as Unknown Soldier

  2. Not sure about shows...But prices have been picking up.I am currently working on a star spangled war stories run all in 9.4 or better.Nice looking copies that you got for a great price....and yes...the war stories are...i believe...far better then mainstream superhero stories.

  3. I have recently started buying war books and love them.Picked up some unknown soldier books in Vf+ between issue 200 and then end. Nice art and fun reading. Also picked up some weird war tales in Fine.Since i am just getting into these books....are they as tough to find in vf/nm as they seem to be?? did most of these books have very small print runs? What should i expect in terms of availability and what grades should i go after realisticly?

    thanks in advance
