    Thanks for your replies. The problem I'm having is that I only have access to the online submission and not the fillable PDFs.

    Hi all, New to CGC, but have been getting coins and notes slabbed with NGC and PMG for a while. I was wondering, I am trying to do a submission to CGC for the first time, but the online form will not subtract the $150 CGC membership fee bonus from my account. Also, I get an internal server error when I try to submit the online form. I don't seem to have access to the old fillable pdf forms on the site either, which complicates me telling them about the discount. It's only for about 9 or 10 comics, but any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill
