Why should he keep the issues in the hope that spring will bloom eternal? If October worked that way with all the bad luck he has had lately with deadbeats, the poor guy wouldn't have a book sold. You not paying for the books doesn't constitute that he will hold them forever in the hope you'll eventually pay.

15 is the limit. It has been determined that anything pass 15 will unlikely fit on the label. that is also dependent on the amount of dates on the label aswell. AS a rule I have stopped taking request for more than 10 signatures on a book, and no more than 4 different dates. Most Witnesses will probably agree more than 10 signatures becomes a big headache. Personally, I will do whatever the customer wants within CGC parameters.
