Despite being announced, I'm not seeing the Humberto Ramos signing in the drop-down menu on the submission page

I noticed Current Turnaround times for CGC Grading under the Economy tier is 231 days while Fast Track is only 23 days. Is it really that much faster for Fast Track or is there an error?

The Humberto Ramos in-house private signing was announced yesterday, but since then, I have not seen it included in the drop-down menu on the submissions page. Is it already completely sold out or has this just been missed? Thanks.
