    Does cgc keep records of damage shipping

    Hello,
    have a question does cgc take photos or keep records of damage incoming orders to Cgc. Been a customer for year and a half I have submitted a few orders over that time. Well to sum up just received my grades and for book that was pressed and inspected before shipping I got a low grade and when I read the grader notes it had creases in front and back. Which clearly where not their on the video before or after pressing and before shipping. So my dilema now is when did it get damaged. In the shipping or in the handling of the book. Just wishing you had a system in place where you would document the arrival of the order. So that I knew where to direct my disappointment. It is the first time it’s happened to me with any orders and this was a standard submission of a Amazing Spider-Man 300.
