So I just picked a copy of this up off of ebay. The problem is that the seller didn't secure the comic well enough in the box, so it came back with a corner crease. The book looks to be in good shape otherwise. I've tried looking around for a good estimate, but perhaps some better eyes might be able to guess where this might be graded.

Hello,
My collecting began when my step-father purchased Avengers #363 and Web of Spider-Man Annual #9 while getting slurpees at 7-11. I cannot recall if he suggested getting them, or if I wanted them, but initially neither comic held my interest. While Spider-Man and the Avengers are great heroes, they would quickly get overshadowed by the X-Men, X-Factor, Wolverine, and Deadpool. It also helped that I liked Jim Lee and Joe Mad's art, and would constantly draw these characters in my room at night. If I wasn't reading a comic then I would usually be reading a Wizard magazine. Then I quit collecting around the late 90s to early 2000s. I was fatigued from characters getting killed only to come back again, or books restarting at #1. I see it still happens now quite a bit, so I just try and pick stuff that catches my eye. Currently I've been reading the Batman Who Laughs series and already ordered a copy of Detective Comics #1000.
Totally Awesome Hulk #22
in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?

Well things took an interesting turn. I sent the seller the pics of the corner and he offered a full refund, which I accepted and is currently pending through PayPal. He also told me to keep the comic as I was more than willing to return it. I'm guessing he must have purchased it cheap, perhaps cover price, and doesn't want the hassle. Thank you all for the input though.
