Newb needs help getting his book from CGC

Sent my book off from Brian Azzarello’s table after he signed it. It was sent by FedEx and the delivery was a fiasco so it got sent back to CGC. I’m an elementary school principal, Batman fanatic, and things toward the end of the school year is super hectic. I called FedEx two days before the second and third attempt to deliver so I could just have it dropped off at Walgreens or a FE store. They said I could pick it up on May 5th at a FE store. It was sent back instead because there were restrictions that NO ONE told me about, so arrangements for delivery can’t be changed, even by me. Kind of ridiculous but I get it. I called CGC after getting the notification from FE that it had arrived back in Florida and they said it could take a week or so to call back. I’ve called and left voicemails. Somebody please help me get Batman Damned back to me. Thanks in advance.
