    My words were choosen poorly when regarding real life and mistrust. I am going to do the best I can to work thus out with ALL THOSE I had pending stuff with if they would choose to.

     

    I have never handled death well. And this was the hardest thing I have ever and continue to deal with.

    I said I wouldnt post again, but, your comments, especially about the passing of a relative, my GRANDMOTHER as a excuse for the most part has me infuriated.

     

    I sure you are all pissed at me as well. I get it. I understand it. Not looking for a boo hoo sympathy vote. I don't care what anyone thinks here. My life, MY REAL LIFE, not a comic board, has been shattered, destroyed, shredded by people I thought I could trust, people I loved and confided in.

     

    When I made all of these agreements, no where in my foggiest did I imagine what has happened would. My grandma passed suddenly out of nowhere. I am now, with my dad, in the financial fight of our lives to retain the families 70 acres. This land, this place is my childhood. And, due to my grandmothers dementia, and evil people, her will, and living trust were minipulated in certain peoples favor.

     

    I admit I was wrong, in how I handled things, I shut down COMPLETELY.

     

    If I had a deal with you, and if you still would like me to purchase the book/books email me, and I will see what,if anything we can work out I am not on here ever. someone just let me know what was being said.

     

    Again, I am sorry to everyone to how things went down the sh iter.

     

    With all the boardies that he failed to follow through with and how he went about it, makes me even wonder if his relative did indeed pass. I hate to think that way but it just makes me wonder if it wasn't an excuse he used to flake out and get out of these transactions. So add my name to the list of those who wish to see him added to the HOS. Here you go.

    Please do not put me and evilash together. ZERO CONNECTION. put me on the probation list, or life time ban, I honestly don't care right now. All I can say is I am sorry to all the boardies. I wont ever be back. My family is tearing its self apart right in front of me and I am having to do everything in my powered to stop it. I have no time or interest in my soul to worry about material things at this moment.......

    K ... What a bummer to have to start out a nice Friday Weekend this way but I guess I'm going to have to bring GoodAsh to the attention of the community.

    As you can see I was his only buyer and I paid with Paypal on the same day (12/1).

     

    I waited for about two weeks then PMed on the 16th and he replied his grandma had just passed away and was dealing with family matters. I waited until after the Holidays and PMed again on 1/4 - no reply yet. He hasn't posted since 1-1.

     

    I just thought I'd put this out there just in case he started another sales thread or something. I'm not one that polices the marketplace and didn't want someone else to get nailed. I'm hoping someone here actually knows him and can nudge him.

    Maybe he just forgot me. :ohnoez:

     

    This is my last post ever here. Aces your book is finally in the mail. Goodash/ Steve has no relation to me. If possible, I would like for the mods to close my account.

    I would like to apologize to everyone that I have been involved with in deals with over the last month or so.

     

    I have things greater than comics going on in my life right now, and has made things very difficult for me.

     

    However, that is no excuse for my behavior recently.

     

    The OA is on the way as we speak, and for Flaming_Telepath, and Skypinkblu, I profoundly apologize for not being able to follow through. You are correct, I am embarassed, and that is why I have been absent of late.

     

    I do not want or expect forgiveness, as I will probably not be around much, if at all anymore.

     

    Again, my apologizes to all.

    Joe, you could have done this in a PM...it was the lack of communication that sealed the deal as far as I was concerned.

     

    Look, go away, sort your out, come back when you can...and we'll decide your penance at that stage, 'kay?

     

    I've found buyers for two of the books anyway, and I'm sure the other couple will go to good homes, so no biggie.

    Two weeks .. that's nothing... I'm been waiting over a month for 2 members to get me books... one has been good... and responds to PM's ...the other ..nothing...

    I have deadlines of 45 days to file claim with Paypal... but I think they'll still show up.. US postal service must be the most useless group around. foreheadslap.gif

     

    If this happened to me on ebay I would have already filed. I’ve yet to have a package take more than 1 week to reach Canada, usually it’s 4-5 days. Are you certain its the post office and not lazy shipping? And to have a month go by with no response on the other is inexcusable. I don’t want a witch-hunt, but probation without any teeth is not going to do any good. If for some reason you don’t wish to out these people, I would truly appreciate a PM because they are not folks I would want to do business with.

     

    I am one of the transactions with Paul. I have actually mailed his package 2 times now, the first time it was returned to me. And if his never does show, I'll put it in writing right here. I will give him a full refund. I wouldn't want my reputation soiled over one transaction gone array.
