Thanks for all your help here's some more photos if this helps determine the grade a bit better and how much affect pressing will have on the grade.

Include good-quality images of both the front and back covers.

I have a copy of batman #612 and other than this crease it is pretty much spotless so I was wandering what the grade would be able to achieve?
