  1. Love it Bumpjay!!! Some great stuff

Thanx almoe my own "mancave".... all of my things are in this room, with the exception of 2 bookcases of Checkers books on the first floor, and the two drum sets up in the attic.....matter of fact, I believe I have a "manhouse" now that I think about it. Other than these things, the wife controls the rest of the house....

  2. I posted some photos waaaayyyyy back,a rather modest room compared to some here.

I just reconfigured the room to add in some of my Checkers related stuff.....

There are also about 12 longboxes lining the walls on the floor...Looks a little "cluttered" in the photos, but "live" it looks much more organized.

  3. What's so funny about this is that most people know that comic book artists have the responsibility level of a dead snail and would die of a heart attack at a *real* job, yet the fanboys continue to throw money at them.

And yes, what Bill S did was uncalled for, as is what Golden pulled, but we all know these "artistes" have the brain stem of a bedpan and the ethics of a Mafia kingpin, so break the cycle of abuse and DO NOT SEND THESE TOOLS ANY MORE MONEY!!!

With all due respect to the people who do collect original sketches and purchase commissioned work...........

You NAILED it JC !!! :applause:

  4. A long while back we discussed comic books that appear in movies and on television shows. Thought I try some sort of update. This would be ONLY COMIC BOOKS that have appeared on film. Not movies about superheroes.............

Anyone else have any they remember?

There was an American sitcom called "Too close for comfort"...it starred Ted Knight.

He drew a comic book (or perhaps it was a strip?) called "Cosmic Cow".
