Are foil cover books good for autographs events and pressing?

Are foil covers recommended for autographs and pressing? I am considering sending a Wonder Woman 800 at a 9.8 for the Lynda Carter signature event.Thank you for any help you can provide.

I ran some of my CGC certifications numbers through the verification search and I had few books that came up with the top pop and 0 in higher. Does that really add any extra value to book or just simply means the highest in grade? Thanks to anyone that can help with the questions.

Addition to Team America by Marvel comics. I would like to request Captain America 269 issued 5/82. Captain America 269 is the first appearance of Team America in comics.
