I would love to send for a re-holder. The shipping each way is murder though (insured) and I know why CGC has the policy they do... It just seems very very poor practice to use this messed up of a case on a high value book and then tell me its my problem to send it back in. I know the original submitter should have looked more close at it and fixed it. But, if their intent was to sell it, odds are better than not they just looked at the grade, snapped 2 fast pics and sold it. I also get that if the damage were on the OUTSIDE of the case that it would be my problem. But since the damage is on the INSIDE of the case, the only way it could have gotten there is if CGC used a damaged case... which would be their fault IMO.
