You could also try making accounts with the online auction sites (Heritage, Comic Link, Comic Connect etc) and seeing what you can find there.

 

Not all sigs bring a premium.  depends on who signed it, if the sig takes away from the appeal on the cover etc

What is the best way to price comics? I usually look at solds and available on eBay but I am having dificulty with a couple of old key issues especially a couple that are SS.

Hi. Well I will be posting some things today. I can let you know when I have. 

I was wondering if there are any companies that purchase comics. I know that there are some that will take them on commission but I was wondering if there are any that will straight up purchase them. I know that the fee will probably be more than a commission sale but I would like a few to be sold quicker for personal reasons. I also know that I can sell on the boards but I am new and I know that could be an issue for some buyers.

Hi, I just joined the boards. I have been collecting for about 10 years. Mostly Marvel key issues and Zenescope. I have really been enjoying collecting and having the books in my collection. I have probably spent way too much over the years. Sadly family issues are meaning that I have to downsize somewhat and I heard that here would be a good place to find homes for some of my collection. 

I don't want to leave collecting entirely but it will be more taking a break and replacing the books at a later date. I hope to get to chat to a lot of you as new friends are always good and I hope you all have a great day.
