We plan to get these graded but just wanted an opinion on this. Thanks in advance.

It's this something that would benefit going through restoration?

The intent is to send it for grading but I just wanted to see what the grades would be for a few. There are over 200 comics to go through but it's hard to determine the value. I took it to one dealer in my area and they gave me a very low figure.

We're going to send the most valuable for grading but I'm not sure what we're going do with the rest. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

My family and I are trying to go through my father's old comic book collection. I found this comic and was offered $1000 for it. I think it's worth more and in better shape than that price. Please take a look and let me know what grade you think it is.
