This response is hilariously awful. It’s an arbitrary new set of rules that make no sense when you actually think about it. Why does the artist have to be established? And what qualifies as established. An acetate cover designed by me vs one designed by Crain has no difference in terms of condition. The only difference is that Crain is a much more talented artist than I am and that doesn’t effect the condition at all. If Scott Snyder designs an acetate cover, does that count? He’s a known writer but not an established artist. What if I get a blank cover commission done by an artist and then have them draw a new cover and staple it on? This is bull and you know it CGC. I’m never submitting to you again. You had a chance to explain yourself and doubled down.
