  1. I can see this getting a 9.2 with a good clean and press
  2. Looks like a solid 8.0 to me. Might benefit from a cleaning and good press?
  3. I'm a sucker for golden and silver age books. If that cover is attached I'll give it a 1.0. I have a question for the graders here. Does a book that old benefit from a pressing? Do those wrinkles even press out? Just wondering.
  4. 7.0, maybe 7.5 if the grader is in a good mood. Sweet book.
  5. 3.5 really cool book. Love golden age, they have the best art.
  6. 4.5 that front cover pic is pretty dark so it's hard to see much detail.
  7. If you press out some of that wavieness on the back I can see it being a 9.4-9.6. Gertrude gets a 10😁 I love tortoises
  8. Won this on a bid some months back and am curious to what you guys think the grade on this might be. Any input is appreciated.
  9. I'm surprised deadpoolica didn't give it a 7.0
  10. You usually are. You need to brush up and go look at some examples of graded books. How did that even look like a 6.5 to you.
  11. I can see it being an 8.0-8.5 after pressing. Definitely a 7.5 as is. Cool book.
  12. This one looks like at least a 7.0-7.5 to me. Maybe 8.0? It has great color, the spine has no major ticks, and the border along the spine is nice and centered. The only things I see really wrong with it are the color breaks along Flash's chest and I wish it was glossier.
  13. 9.2. Higher if u were to get it pressed.
  14. I think a pressing can take it into 9.6 territory.
  15. I'm gonna say 9.6. There's a couple of spine ticks and both bottom corners are a little blunted. IDK the color and gloss makes me want to say 9.8🤔
  16. Looks like a 9.8 to me. The only thing I see is a very slight scuff on the top spine corner when looking at it from the back.
