Just sold a novel for $50.. I was surprised when I saw the FVF was $6.. Turns out the Books category on ebay is 12% FVF.. I was appalled as I thought fees were 10% across all catertogires. All my "books" are now listed under Collectibles > Paper > Other Paper collectibles .. or if it's sci fi under that category also

one time a guy bought a rare $600 comic from me via best offer with $15 priority mail shipping .. I did not know how much shipping would be since if it's over 750 it has to be insured. My BIN was higher than the accepted 600 of course. He kept messaging me w a lot of interest. Days after it delivers he opens a return request asking for a $5 refund on shipping. he was asking if I had proof of the receipt from the USPS to see how much I paid.. Pure cheap sake..

It’s worth what someone is willing to pay.. i would value those two Hawkman’s each at $80 retail.. I don’t know the rarity of those two.. Hawkman is unfortunately not as popular as Superman or Batman so that hurts the market of buyers. I would put a higher BIN or best offer of $200 and hope to get the $80 for each

I have officially sold out of all my Green Lantern 25s.. the best selling sleeper key book to date. Was $30 and is now $40.. the Gary Frank variant is selling and so is the regular cover. They are being wiped off eBay.

someone messaged me about that today... Aliens Predators has been in the comics since the 80s... why is buying AP comics a new sensation? Just like all the SW Clone Wars comics.. those have been around for a looong time.. I know there is renewed interest w the movies and comics.. but did it really take an Eternals announcement for "fans" to start buying.. where were those "fans" in the 40 years gap between release and movie announcement?
