Now that I have received the book back I can confirm there is a finger bend there which wasn't there when I first submitted it.  Just very poor handling.  Kinda sucks, you pay for express service, pressing and grading, and expect better than this.

That is presuming that CGC doesn't make mistakes. How many of us have cracked and resubmitted and gotten a higher grade?  Happens all the time.   If I'm submitting books express and getting a 9.6 on a flawless book I want to know why. If i missed something, yes that's on me but customer pays for a service and shouldn't be left dumbfounded.

I can't access my submissions or view status on my mac using google chrome but works fine when I use Safari.  Anyone else having this issue?  I tried clearing cache and cookies but didn't work. Also on a PC, google chrome works fine.  It's def weird.  Thanks.

Finally came through. Thanks for the responses. 

Has anyone tried to purchase grader notes and it says they will be delivered instantly, you purchase but they don't actually deliver? This happened to me twice so far on the same book.  Website is definitely not the most user friendly but this is straight forward yet not there.
