I have submitted to cgc 4 different packages of books and when my last shipment was received my first shipment disappeared from my submission page... Is this normal? What's going on? Sorry I'm new and this is my first time... I haven't received any comics back yet including my EASTMEN cig series --- anyone have this happen to them - I'm just really nervous

Hi guys my submissions just vanished from the page - what's going on?

They were there a minute ago on my account and now they are gone - what happened 

I did one 15 books submission and another for the Eastman signing - this is my first time submitting so I wonder what's happening?@?@??@

Anyone can tell me what's wrong - I can't select the drop down window for the sig series - it only allows me to click mail to cgc headquarters - anyone having a similar problem / solution
