  1. I sent in a book as well. Four times Ive contacted CGC over the last year. I keep getting the same generic, "We hope to have it this month." Every time. They must have a book of bs to tell you, so you stop asking. Hugh Jackman has gone through a cancer scare, divorce, the strike, now finishing a movie. Itll be a while. My problem is that CGC doesn't ever give anyone any real updates. On social media, or email.  Unless its them promoting. In my opinion, very unprofessional. Unless, you contact customer service directly. It's constantly frustrating because you're just left wondering about your property.

  2. recently sent in 2 comics for the Todd McFarland signing. I got the signing/grading, 2 specialty labels, and pressing. That and shipping total $315.00.  I also recently sent in two other different comics to be reholdered. That total came to $65. First my credit card was charged $40 for the CCS pressing. Then recently my credit card was charged $385 for both submissions together. However, this should've been minus the ccs charge. So, my account was charged TWICE for ccs pressing for the first sub. In total my credit card was charged $425.00. I've emailed them for weeks now with no response. Is the only working customer service, calling in?

Hello, we have been working overtime to get to all the mail but we are still behind a few weeks. It is not uncommon to see delays in your "received" notice. No need to panic, we have a post office in our facility so it is safe awaiting the receiving team. We apologize for the delay but appreciate your patience.

Ok. Phew. Thank you for the feedback. Greatly appreciated.
