  1. This is what the dimensions are for the trade paperback.

And FYI that company PGX is hot garbage.

And for the company PGX being hot garbage that is not true. PGX Comics East is owned and ran by CGCs former vintage grader and does a amazing job. Have you sent anything to PGX Comics East? When people that haven't received anything from them say that then their opinion is hot garbage and can not be taken seriously.

    Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Unfortunately, no, we do not grade or encapsulate paperbacks.  Our pressing service is there to press out defects in comics and magazines and not to compress the book itself to a smaller or thinner size.

    Thank you!

Okay I am confused now on if CGC can grade trade paperbacks or not. I went to a different company and got them graded, because I you said CGC will not grade and encapsulate trade paperbacks. I found Batman: A Death In The Family Trade Paperbacks on CGC's Census. I have attached screenshots of the census. So Does CGC graded Trade Paperbacks or not? If they don't then how and why are they on the census? If CGC does graded Trade Paperbacks how do i go about getting them submitted?

  3. To be honest I would rather use the others. The reason I say this is I did a experiment and sent a submission of three issues to each CBCS, PGX Comics West, PGX Comics Easy and two to CGC. The CGC's submissions were delivered on April 9th and July 6th, CBCS was delivered on July 11th, PGX Comics East was delivered on July 16th and PGX Comics West was delivered on July 20th. I received both PGX submissions within about two weeks. The CBCS one took 4-5 weeks with fast pass. And lastly the first CGC order is still being pressed and cleaned and the second CGC still has not been entered into the system yet. Both PGXs and CBCS was under $40 per issue. So take this how every y'all want, but results don't lie.

Hard to say without the book in hand. I'm thinking marker as the "colored-in" parts are specific and limited to Superman and his exposed skin (and shield).

How can it be a marker when there is no evidence of stroke line from the chisel tip? And also if it was a marker then who do you explain the black marks at the top and the mark in the blue above the E.image.png.9986e4c640f1e1b446f7439def80e73b.png

Appears someone colored it in with a marker. That would be the most unusual printer error as it is so precise and limited to just Superman in very specific places

This is another reason I even considered printer error. Is you look at the blue area above the E in superman and above it more black spots. And the A in and is not completely white it has red in it.

  6. Hello Everyone,

To start off I'm not sure what forum to post this in. I currently have a Superman and Bizarro #71 (newsstand) that at first glance it looks like someone colored on it with a black marker. But I got to looking at it and I'm not sure it that's still the same case or not. When I zoomed in on it with my phone camera I noticed that there wasn't any marker/color pencil stroke lines.  And at a angle I wasn't able to see any indents on the page. What could have done it? Is it the printer error or did someone actually color it black? Either way what would the ballpark grade be?

Multiple articles restating the same quote may not validate your theory stronger.

    The quote:

Yes  she is speaking in general. But she opened the idea that it could have happened.

In Loki episode 5 starting at 0:23:03 to 0:23:06. What is falling in the background? It looks like something with a shield, but that's just my opinion. I zoomed in on and tried to clear it up the best I could. If someone could help find out what it is I would appreciate it. Here some pictures and a video of what I'm talking about?

  9. I have seen the BuzzFeed video but they don't talk about what falls in background. Does it look like Captain America with his shield to anyone else? And does anyone else see a person with a shield?

Very interesting catch. But that's part of the challenge with these shows in that they can insert so many easter eggs, key ones get lost. Buzzfeed caught all sorts of references. To include Ronan's crashed ship and a SHIELD helicarrier.
