Private Signing fee for Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner promised September 16th. Today is November 18, when will my comics be signed?

It's been three months and my comic hasn't been signed. how long should I wait?

I don't see that submission has been logged in yet.  If you noted the artist's initials on the outside of the box, then we pull those packages from the general mail and get them entered faster.  However, even though we pull these submissions, it can still take some time for them to be entered due to the very high volume of submissions we receive for the private signings. 

The signing has not occurred yet, so as long as your order is received and logged in prior to the actual signing, it will be accepted and there would not be any issue.  Usually the signing is at least a few weeks after the cut off date to allow time for all the submissions to be entered.

I have a problem. I'm trying to get into submission form, and they write to me "Unable to fetch shopping cart for current user". What is the problem and how can I fix it?
