QC/Finalized: 9/3/21Did you send this Economy sub with another faster sub (Standard or Express)? I'm just trying to figure out how my Economy sub received in Feb is slower than yours received in April.

As of today (April 16), the estimated turnaround time for Economy is 142 days while Standard is 31 days. The price for Economy is $18 vs. $25 for Standard. I'm sure most people would spend the extra $7/card to receive their cards back 4.5x faster. This will only cause more people to submit through Standard or higher services, causing further backlog of Economy and Bulk. When I submitted card for grading via Economy in February the turnaround times for Economy vs Standard were similar... CGC needs to consider suspending Bulk, Economy and Standard to catch up on the backlog, just like what was done at PSA.

Hello, I submitted a card for BGS to CGC crossover but it failed to cross. From what I understand in these situations the grading fee will be refunded less a $4 processing fee according to CGC Services & Fees Chart. The card was shipped back last week. When should I be receiving the refund if I haven't yet received it? Thanks

Does CGC grade non-factory cut (NFC) cards?

I recently signed up for Premium membership to take advantage of the perks, namely the 10% tier grading discount and $150 CGC credit. When I went to do an online submission for trading card grading I noticed that these perks weren't applied automatically. Is this normal? Do they apply the discounts after they receive and process the order? Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm new with CGC.

Looks like everything after March is getting better service/faster processing. If that's the case, they need to start refunding people for the delays...
