This does not work if you keep increasing times! A lot of unnecessary confusion. Just be honest and say that all TAT start when package is opened, especially if you are opening packages that are already pushing the stated TAT of when they were sent. At this point you are a (secure?) storage facility for most of us for at least a year and the lack of honesty and transparency is going to not only hurt our bottom line, it is going to damage your brand in sports card grading before you even get started.
Haha yeah, this whole statement is just vague enough to not really answer any questions and leave a whole lot of room for excuses.

That's too bad. I think the card is probably trimmed at the top or bottom if I had to guess. Adding up the top margin and bottom margin , the card looks overall a little short.

Having a few slabs in person now I like the label a little more. But yes, it's too big/tall. The slabs themselves are amazing though.

That payton grade is huge, congrats. You gonna hold onto it or sell?
Thanks!! I'm not sure! I actually also have a PSA 8, so I'll probably compare them side by side, see which one I like better, and then maybe sell one. But I'm not sure, I also may hold on to both for awhile.

They finally populated and shipped!
Not bad. The Magic is maybe harsh. It's definitely off center but super sharp besides that. The OJ I thought could have graded higher. Everything else is pretty much around what I expected. The Rose is gorgeous and thought it would grade around there.
