So what happens if the submitter passes away, the order is still being processed or being held for what ever reason and the family doesn’t contact CGC? Does CGC keep the books? Does CGC sell them? Does CGC turn over the books to the state government as unclaimed property?

If you send your books to be graded and you pass away, what happens to your books? Does CGC try to contact your family?

Will I get a receipt from the CGC team member at the C2E2 booth that receives the comic books from me?

I’m planning on submitting 25 comics at C2E2 this weekend. I am going to complete the online submission form at home and print out the packing slip. My question is should I put all of my comics with the packing slip in a shipping box and seal it for dropping it off at the C2E2 booth or should I just leave the box unsealed to allow CGC staff to check the contents against the packing slip?
