I'm a little confused on how bulk tat's go from 4 days to 30+ in an instant. What happened did some guy submit 1,000,000 zard upc promos?

Mine shipped on 12/17 but has been stuck at the post office saying "package acceptance pending" since 12/20. I wonder what is going on

Has anyone noticed the new turnaround times yet? 32 days for express along with some other changes, at least they aren't lying anymore 

My standard submission is also on business day #68 when the quoted TaT is 32 I’m really about fed up with this company. I emailed about a month ago and they said something about having it fast tracked but I guess that was just another lie.

Still not completed. They just reduced the TaT from 7 to 5 yet mine is on business day 12. Anyone else with express subs having the same issue?

I had a standard submission delivered on 4/13! I emailed and they said it was normal!

It is even to the point where I can't even load my cart. It just says "Unable to fetch shopping cart for current user"

I'm having the exact problem right now. They really need to work on their website.

It is taking about a week for packages to be registered as delivered to us. Each one has to be scanned into the system, so it takes time. If it shows as delivered, it is almost certainly fine. But in about a week, it will show up when you search it in the tracker on our website.

Mine was delivered on April 13th and still doesn't show up on the tracker. Any thoughts?

Pretty happy, went from scheduled for grading to Grading / Quality control in 1 day.

I'm eager to see if some people get their bulk back before me. It has been 50 business days, support just says I will see movement soon.

It is really confusing me how some bulk orders are moving faster than my economy order.

mine was received 12/7 and is still in received 

I sent in 9 cards with economy, they were received on 12/7. I’m pretty new to grading and I was wondering how long cards usually stay in received before they move to scheduled for grading?  

The same thing happened to me. You need to clear your cart and then try again
