    Joe, Many thanks for the list of the other books-I now have a checklist. I plan on finding them all as well as the associated paperbacks. I had just started collecting the early Peanuts Paperbacks and this thread reawakened my intrest in Dennis the Menece. The two go well together. Tim

    From a long time Lurker this is the best thread I have read anywhere. Enclosed is a picture of the 1st Dennis The Menece Hardback by Henry Holt and Co.1952(1st edition). I recently bought on the dreaded E-bay for the grand sum of $3.24! Is there any safe way to remove some of the dirt from the white covers? I have read about the "Wonderbread" Technique,yet I have never seen any "Wonderbread"locally-will other breads work as well,also exactly how do you use it? Respectfully, Tim
