    I feel like there is more truth in what you both have said then what is on the website here. If you go to your submissions and click on status explanations it says on that page orders are first in first out but that is clearly not true. And I agree I would like to see much better communication from cgc on the changes and things taking place it should be clearly posted on the website whats going on and who will be effected along with an email to every current member as well. I haven't seen any of that other than posts on here that skirt around the questions that give no solid answers or details. I dont believe that is to much to ask for and would put alot of peoples minds at ease.

    Right I dont get how this works? Another guy that is bulk received 12/1 has been scheduled for grade since 2/1 and as of 2/16 no change. Almost seems random?? 

    If Paul could explain how it works a bit that would be appreciated

    At this point those of us that have early December receive dates that were received weeks before the turnaround time doubled should receive a free upgrade. Im at day 48 with no change and from what I see it is very unlikely they will be sent back to me before the 60 day mark. And simply because the lack of clear communication from cgc on this I feel alot of people wont be coming back. You guys should have it clearly posted whats going on and who will be affected that is the bare minimum expectations of your members and has not happened. Im a very patient person if kept informed but being kept in the dark doesn't sit well with me.
