CGC's problem is they are too harsh on grading. Not that it is necessarily a bad thing, but when your 10s are more difficult to get than BGS, people will flock to the other services. CGC needs to revert back to their original pricing and not be so heavy on the grade of 8.5 if they want people to keep using their service. My first 4-5 subs were at least 60% 8.5. That has decreased now that I only send in perfectly centered, clean cards. And even then, even 50 cards that would all have a good chance at a PSA 10, there is about a 50/50 split on 9s and 9.5s with no 10 at all. Like, even if I sent those cards to BGS, I'm a sure there would easily be a few 10s among those cards.

8/30/21 Bulk went into Grading/Quality Control today after months of being in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. Hopefully, it will be finished in the next few days.

I sent in 0ver 450 cards. Not one 10. Got a ton of 8.5 grades though!
I do feel that 8.5 pain. That feels like the most common grade they give out tbh.

I get that, just seems odd that people still have stuff from September being graded and my bulk from December was already completed. Like, it feels like there is a lack of control or organization or something in order for an order arriving 3 months later to be completed first. Like, I would be highly disappointed if I was in the other shoe and still waiting on my stuff while people submitting months after me got theirs first.
