    Good to know, have some I was hoping to get some turned around soon, and was feeling apprehensive if it 7 days was really like 50 something days.

    Wondering how long my money and cards will be held hostage.
    Seriously appalled by this service. 
    Seriously, never got this kind of service from NGC.
    Get through our orders already, its appalling as at this point it seems clear this is to force people to pay for a higher service tier just so can rest easy at night knowing their cards will get back soon.
    Meanwhile everyone in December has been holding the s*** end of the stick.
    And of course, you could offer to let people pay to uptier, but from what I understand is that you are going to take their money and push it RIGHT back to the back of line, as if our MONTHS AND MONTHS of waiting wasn't enough.

    I want to agree with this sentiment, and would if it was notfor one fact...
    Higher tiers have not seen their "approximate time" increase in quite the same way as bulk/eco.
    It seems you guys are not being equitable in your delays of orders at the higher tiers...
    Thing is, approximate of 30 is not 70, and my walkthrough orders have not met a proportionate increase.
    I imagine this is on purpose? Because the longer you guys spend on lower tier orders, it influences people to then spend more money per card(regardless of card value) to have graded, just to push it through...
    Its unfair and unequitable...
    I used to have coins graded through NGC and I am ridiculous appalled at how this industry is being handled by you guys.

    Also, we get TaT is approx, but near 60 days isnt close to approximately 30 days... 
    Walkthrough service is awesome, but bah, id rather not mess with anything below standard from cgc here on out. Which will be losing about half of the apparent business i wanted to send here. but whatever.
