Paprika by Eric Von Stroheim Beacon B157 1958 $20
Novel by the famous actor/screenwriter/director sports a bare breasted Gypsy GGA cover, attributed to Robert Stanley.
Considered a classic since the first Hancer Price Guide was published.
Very Good plus/Near Fine. Square tight and bright, has a reading crease and staining to the back upper half of the pages. Still a very presentable copy.
The back cover looks very Frazetta.

I don't see any flaws, so yes this could be a 9.2.
-
4.0 because the corner is what it is.
-
As mentioned, hard to tell how much spine wear there is with the white color, but this looks about 9.0 to me.
-
I'd go about 5.0 even with the spine split.

If they're from the same collection, I'd like to get my hands on more of that collection! Great shape and colors. Actually, I feel like I've seen that kind of written date right under the issue number and I wonder if I may have one or two. I'll have to look around.

Hard to tell what's going on with the lower right front, but this is a sharp book, in the 7.0-7.5 range I'd say.
