Yeah I learned that once when a seller on ebay sent me some purchased cards using FedEX and they sent them to my PO Box. I didn't know they were going to be sending them via FedEX. Good times. That was a headache.
I believe CGC have another address if you use a courier company if sending to the PO Box isn't available, the address is available on the webpage.

Hi probably a dumb question but I was just wondering if it would if it was possible to send cards in using Australia Post Express International to CGC or is FedEX preferred for international shipments to CGC? Thank you for your time.

Yes the same goes for Beckett also, both sides of cards are looked over and any minor flaws on the back of the card can also factor into the final grade.
