in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?

I'm super new to the world of grading comics so I could use a little help. I spent a bunch of hours researching over the past few weeks, but I still get completely thrown off by seemingly little things that are actually big deals or vice versa.
Before I send anything off to get graded, I want to get some general opinions on a couple of the comics I'm considering sending, if that's alright with you all. Thanks in advance for your help!
