I got one when the charge went through on my card (it was for more than it was supposed to be, had to place a claim on with my CC company for the difference), but nothing about shipping, no tracking info, nothing.

Yeah, I called them today, and it turns out they did ship it a while ago, but for whatever reason it failed to deliver (no idea why, since it's the same address as my last submission, which was delivered just fine) and got sent back to them. Funny enough it just arrived back there today, so they're going to ship it out again. Hopefully it actually gets to me this time... Still no idea why the status didn't update until sometime in this past week though.

As the title says, I've been checking in on the status of my bulk submission every few days since it entered Grading a while ago. Within the past few days it changed to Shipped, but the date reads as 10/6/21, which was... two months ago, and I definitely haven't received anything from CGC in that time. Should I be worried about this, or might this just be a typo?

Same here, was delivered March 24, almost a month ago
