Uh...the staples are supposed to be there.
Whoops, my bad. I'm not really familiar with this style of comics.

I recently came across a Marvel Super-Heroes 13 with two staples about 1/4" from the spine. They're not attatched to the cover, just all the pages, so they're literally doing nothing at all (and I should mention that this issue isn't even supposed to have staples anywhere in the first place). Would leaving them or removing them be better for the final grade? (Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, wasn't sure if it should be here or in the Newbie Questions)

If you could get the resolution of the photos a lot closer, it would make it far easier to evaluate. Tight focus on the spine and corners would be a great help.
I won't be home in a couple of days, but I can upload them then.

The Modern Age of comics has been going on for over 35 years now, more than any other Age. The second closest is the Bronze Age, which lasted 15 years. So how long until the Modern Age is over? Also, how when we know when it's over?

I know this answer could vary greatly, so I'll try to give a bit of context. I recently bought a short box of Bronze Age comics, and included was Avengers 206-222. I'm hoping to expand the run, but I was wondering whether or not, at this point, the value of the comics in the run is more or less than selling them individually, and how it would relate to runs in general. Also, what might the run be worth? (They're all between VF to NM-)

As of today, most " Whitmans" don't sell at much of a premium, if any, to the regular editions but the tide seems to be slowly turning.
But they don't affect the price negatively, do they?

Yeah, I kinda figured it was around an 8.5. That basically confirms I wont send it in

Hi there, I’ve been collecting comics for a few years now, and this is my first post on a forum. Anyway, I’m going to be sending in a bunch of comics to CGC, and I’m wondering if it’s worth sending this one with them (I quite doubt it). It’s the first appearance of Robbie Reyes, and I was wondering if you guys could help me out with a grade. It’s in perfect condition inside, but there are several flaws on the cover.

in Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?

How much would a press help?
