Maltin did say something like that but it was about old footage of cartoons of the forties,he was right censoring them is like saying it never existed ,it was for Kids back then,but now it should be viewed by the discrétion of mature viewer or reader ebay in my opinion is wrong on that one.

I store those sealed toys in boxes and check them out sometime i just like to see them in their packaging with the artwork,makes me remember when my father bought some for me way back when,seeing your x men toys made me open a box not the good one for x men tough didnt want to unpack everything.but found one of my favourite the superman with krytonite ring one of my first toy wow did i played with it until one day a neighbor kid broke a leg aaaarrrghh.the ring was magnetised so was superman so when the ring was nearly touching superman he would fall.but with one leg it lost its meaning,anyway heres half of a box i opérer. Good memories.

Thats the great thing about comics,they improve their characters,and blade always had potential its just his initial appearance fighting with Wood spike and the look in general(whats the deal with these gogles ) but with midnight sons in the nineties the character was kicking a## besides gohtrider and such.it was awsome.geof johns did wonder in dc univers with green lantern to begin and brought back rogue galeries at it best with captain cold.come on captain cold was almost forgotten with the new found popularité of mr freeze thanks to batman animated adventure finally creating a décent origin story.i really like it when good writer bring them to a whole new level.take groot per exemple,it only took thermites to annihilate him, now thanks to bendis run of guardian of galaxy he is awsome .im all for it.but groot first book the cover is still awsome nuff said

Hi,im always interested in the collecting trend and was somewhat puzzuled by a few thing you wrote on this post, seems like you sell old vintage version to upgrade to more practical new version sometimes, as a collector im puzzles and curious, the old version is the one from our past does it not have a sentimental value or you like the best version?everyone collects what they like as should be...and i collect toys but its my fourth or fifth priority in collecting so im somewhat new in toy collection just wanted your toughts on the subject thanks.

Yeah ive been had/lazy(didnt check much)and got the black cover of tick 1,but the white cover is the one i should have gotten,live and learn they say......ill get that limited tick one white cover someday good luck finding it

You know what?in a weird way it helps collectors real old key issue are a little more shone upon ,people are chasing their tails with modern age and comics that people didnt really liked,just because its a first appearance or a cover swipe?that west coast cover swipe creeps me out, i wouldnt give 10 bucks for it !let the m'adresser continue we can sell those garage and buy real key issue that we really like,good news right ?
