Thanks to Josh, Doug and Thomas at Comiclink for taking my books at the last minute for this past auction. Also big thanks to everyone in the Forums who bidded on my books. I was overall very pleased with the results. While some books sold below what I paid for them, I did manage to set GPA records on a few books! Thanks to everyone for their support and kind words while I am going through this stuff. I have mad respect and love for everyone on the Boards, though I may not be an active collector anymore I still love the hobby and would like to keep in contact with everyone :thumbsup: Besides I have a few more books to get rid of Thomas

A huge thanks to Nik, Foolkiller, namisgr, blazingbob, blue808, steve, Ze-man, gaz and everyone else I may have forgotten who bought my beloved FFs off of my sales thread. I haven't seen any kudos for the books I sold, so I hope they made it alright to everyone BTW bid on my books in the CL auction Thanks everyone you guys are a great bunch of friends and I am proud to be a member of the family... Its my EX wife not my current one I am having problems with, as she has sole custody of my kids and never lets me see them on holidays or spend an extended amount of time (as in more than a few days) with me unless it suits her purpose. I am also seeking to reduce my child support payments as I no longer have the same income as before. Things with my current wife are just fine (for now). We had a discussion and I told her I was quitting collecting and selling off my collecting to pay for my legal fees. She knows how much I love comics though she hates my obsession with them. I will be selling off my entire collection of comics (all FFs), a pretty decent collection IMO especially for only collecting again for a little over a year... Yes it hurts and I will miss them, but pehaps in the future I will collect again, though I can't see it happening anytime soon. I will still hang out once in awhile and post once in a while, and still plan on attending the Forum Dinner at SDCC, though I won't be attending the convention itself... Besides, I'm tired of sneaking to buy stuff, and I know my wife is as well....I have to start showing more respect for her as well as my marriage or I will be ending up looking for my next EX AGAIN, and I don't want to go through that again Anyways I will start listing my books sometime today... That is just point blank wrong. I have had this happen to me while doing a walk through and been charged for a higher value at the point of submission, only to have the book come back at a lower grade, and I received a refund for all amounts paid over the minimum fee. I don't know how many walk throughs, if any, you have done, but I have submitted hundreds of books now and have had very few issues with CGC, and when something comes up, I have found them to be very accomodating, including the walk through refund issue. Maybe SB read or heard about the ranting on this thread and said hell with it :shrug: You catch more flies with sugar than krap
