Ugh... having this problem again.  Not sure what is causing it.  Trying to do a ME submission and got the error.

When this previously happened, I tried re-submitting on a different day and it worked (identical information submitted).  This time around, been trying for over a couple days and still same problem.

Not sure if CGC fixes something on the backend or has to do with system being down.  HELP PLEASE!

Just tried to resubmit and seems to be working now.  Not sure what has changed from last night to today.  Thanks.

Any update on this?  Still a problem.  The earlier suggested solution does not work.  Can a fix be prioritized especially since we have a limited time to resubmit Mechanical Errors?
